Adventist Leadership Certification Program

Join us for an exclusive Leadership Certification Program, an intiative of the North American Division Leadership Office.

The purpose of the Leadership Certification is to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in leadership roles across various sectors and industries. Our training empowers individuals to become competent, confident, and innovative leaders who create positive organizational change.

Would you like to become a better leader? Here is your opportunity.

Our Duty Before God

In the book Counsels on Health, the author says that "Our first duty toward God and our fellow beings is that of self-development. Every faculty with which the Creator has endowed us should be cultivated to the highest degree of perfection, that we may be able to do the greatest amount of good of which we are capable" (p. 107).

There are three critical points in this quote:

Self-development

This means I need to invest money and time to develop my leadership skills to better serve God's church and the community. The quotation underlines our duty to God and others.

Every talent, skills, and opportunity God gives to us should be cultivated.

If a plant is not nurtured, it dies. It is our responsibility to keep developing our leadership skills.

As we decide to learn more and brush up on our leadership skills, God will use our cultivated abilities and faculties to serve His cause better.

Today you have the opportunity to enroll in a Leadership certification program and learn more about how to lead better and influence others.
